Please read the below instructions to register on-line for the 6th Annual Conference of the Japan Primary Care Association.

Pre-registration

Early registration is available only on-line. Please click Registration at the bottom of the page to gain access to the application form. Please register only once. Those who have completed their registration will receive an email. This email is necessary for exchanging it for the registration badge. Please print out the email and bring it with you on-site.

Payment

Payment can be made only by credit card.
